Shipping

  • Worldwide Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping to all locations worldwide.
  • Dispatch Times: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Pre-order items will be dispatched according to the timeline stated at the time of purchase. Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
    • United Kingdom: 3–4 working days
    • European Union: 4–5 working days
    • North America: 7-10 working days
    • International (outside EU & North America): 7–13 working days
  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
  • Duties & Taxes: While shipping is free, international orders may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, or taxes depending on the destination. These charges, if applicable, remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

We want you to feel confident in your Trémont purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your timepiece under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all packaging, booklets, and accessories.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@tremontofficial.com for instructions.
  • Return Address: All approved returns should be sent to: Trémont Returns Department. 2 Maude way, Canterbury, CT1 1FY. United Kingdom.
  • Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For international returns, a small restocking or customs handling fee may apply.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

    Exchanges

    • If you wish to exchange your watch for another colour or model, please reach out to our team within the 14-day return window. Exchanges are subject to availability.

    Warranty

    • All Trémont watches are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty claims are separate from the returns process and can be initiated through our Warranty Page.
